Guide to Starting your Search & Buy
Searching for a house is now easier than ever before with more ways of not only seeing what houses are for sale in the area you are looking to buy but also more information about each property. By registering your details with us, we will be able to build a rapport with you, which could prove invaluable, and we can then ensure we inform you of the properties before they are marketed on the internet. In addition, there are various ‘portal’ websites that will feature thousands of properties such as Rightmove and Zoopla and these can be useful in seeing a spread of properties across an area and will feature many if not all agents in your search area.
What type of buyer are you?
- First Time Buyer – This will be your first property you buy
- Buy-to-Let Investor – weather you’re a homeowner or not you will be a buyer who is purchasing a property to let it out (they may or may not be a homeowner).
- Let-to-Buy – you will be placing your current residential property on rent to purchase a new residential property.
- Sell-to-Buy – you will be selling your current residential property to purchase a new one.
