Meet the Team

Deepek was born and brought up in the borough of Ealing, which he lived most of his life as a child. Deepek went to a local primary school in Southall and then moved on to high school in Hounslow at Cranford Community College were he also went sixth form to study ICT and Business Management. Once he had successfully completed his education in sixth form he did consider going to university but then thought against it as he was ready to pursue his career. His passion for the property industry was due to his parents investing in a property portfolio which he helped them to manage. At the age of just 17 Deepek was offered a sales negotiator position at a top corporate company who were just looking for graduates, but with Deepek's charm and confidence he managed to secure the job even though he was not a graduate. He excelled in many ways at the corporate company and was promoted as a senior negotiator within six months and still just 17 years old. After working at a corporate level Deepek then moved to an independent company where he gained many skills and a different dimension of the industry, Deepek enjoyed his time at the independent company and was promoted to a Branch manager running the office. Deepek wanted to further his career in the industry and in 2013 opened the doors to the public of his own estate agent office which he has been successfully running with a fantastic team, and also Deepek now has over 18 Years of estate agency experience. Deepek's success at selling residential properties is attributable to a thorough understanding not only of the marketing involved, but also the personalities of the different parties within a transaction. Deepek's expertise in appraising a property and considering the best way to sell it and how to add value in terms of planning potential and timing, has achieved outstanding results at Blue Estate Agents. In his personal time Deepek enjoys watching Football and Formula One, he also enjoys playing football and swimming. But the main priority and what he really enjoys is spending quality time with his family.

Ravi joined Blue Estate Agents in May 2015. She was attracted by the dynamic and fast-paced environment in the estate agency industry. With her extensive experience and information of the local area, she is able to advise both Landlords and Tenants on all aspects of the Letting process. This will include Property Management, Guidance on Investments, Valuations, Market Trends, promoting a Landlord's house or flat's and ascertaining that the eventual transaction is as seamless as possible. With a pristine background in Business Banking, Ravi prides herself on her analytical capabilities, providing clear solutions to a technical process, requiring understanding and expertise.

With an extensive background in customer service and management within the banking industry, Gavin joined Blue Estate Agents back in 2015. His journey started as a lettings consultant, but he soon found a passion within sales and has enjoyed great success working with both vendors and purchasers. Now as Branch Manager and Valuer, Gavin overseas all aspects of the business and works to provide a direct and personal interaction with clients. Growing up in Hounslow, Gavin has a strong relationship within the local community and become a 'go to' person for many. His excellent knowledge of the area and cliental requirements, has led him to become an essential part of the Blue Estate Agent journey thus far. His drive and focus has always been to help clients find their dream home, whether it be sales or lettings. As Blue Estate Agents continues to grow, Gavin now runs his own office for Blue Estate Agents at their Heston Branch.

Amit has quickly established a reputation as a top performer. He also takes great pride in delivering the very highest levels of customer service; his efforts and dedication recognised in the many customer testimonials received for our Heston, Hounslow team. Amit has always lived locally and has a keen passion for Volley Ball, having played for a number of local teams. Amit also has a high interest in cars, especially old history cars.

Manraj was born and raised in the London borough of Ealing, where he attended secondary school and then progressed into further education at Kingston university. After successfully completing his three-year course, Manraj obtained a bachelor's degree in business. Alongside his degree, he also explored other career opportunities. One being a football coach and a referee. This opportunity allowed him to achieve a level 1 qualification in football coaching. Additionally, a major chunk of his life was also contributed to athletic activities as he took part in professional running representing the Hillingdon Athletics club. From thereon, he worked as a sales assistant at Wren's kitchens. This role allowed him to flourish and enhance his customer service skills. However, this experience was short lived as Manraj desired for a more sophisticated environment. In June 2020, Manraj joined Blue Estate Agents as a lettings and sales negotiator. Since joining, he has established himself as a reliant, self-assured and an incredible team player for the company. Manraj has adapted and grown the skills to master the role with high efficiency leaving every client happy and satisfied with their services received. Impressively, Manraj has made a significant number of letting and sale transactions and is hopeful to grow extensively in the next few years. The role allowed him to increase his skill set whilst accommodating and adapting to utilise new methods through challenging circumstances. Outside of his work, he enjoys staying fit by taking part in weekly football matches and going to the gym whilst also enjoying time with his loved ones.

Since joining Blue Estate Agents, Aran has built a distinguished reputation within the company and firmly established himself as knowledgeable, trustworthy and a reliable team member. Aran forges close working relationships with his clients, is highly personable and has great tenacity and desire to make all parties happy. Aran has agreed a significant number of lettings and sales transactions.
